A bounded audit, priority fixes and post-fix checking
SEO Audit Nottingham With Implementation
From evidence to completed corrections
Find what is limiting the website — and fix the agreed priorities
An SEO audit should not end with a spreadsheet of warnings you are left to interpret.
This £695 service investigates the parts of a small WordPress website most likely to affect search visibility and enquiries, prioritises what it finds, and includes implementation of the agreed priority fixes.
£695 one-off. Two to three weeks from the point access is available. It covers one WordPress website for a service business, up to 25 indexable pages and five distinct templates.
A report is not a correction
Many audits stop at the recommendations
An audit and an implementation are different services. The audit finds the problem, records the evidence and explains what should change. Implementation alters the website. A report does not correct a title, remove an indexing block, consolidate competing pages or repair an internal-linking route — somebody still has to.
See the Sample SEO Report for annotated examples of how findings, evidence strength, priority and responsibility are recorded.
Where that work lands is worth checking before you buy anything. Some providers quote implementation separately once you have seen the findings. Some hand you a ticket list for your developer. Some include fixes, but inside a monthly retainer.
If you would like to look for obvious problems before buying an audit, our WordPress SEO checklist covers 20 checks, with guidance on which you can do yourself.
This product does it as one purchase. I investigate the agreed areas, identify the work with the greatest business value, agree the priority fixes with you, implement the ones that fit the scope and access available, and check the live output afterwards.
If the evidence shows that targeted fixes are not enough and the website needs a planned rebuild, the next step is Website Design & Development rather than stretching an audit into an undefined design project.
Free review or full investigation?
Should you just take a free SEO audit instead?
Possibly — and it is worth answering honestly, because I offer a free scope check too.
Free audits are widely available locally. They are a legitimate way for an agency to start a conversation, and if your site turns out to have one obvious fault, a free look may be all you need.
Our free scope check does not include implementation. The £695 service includes agreed priority corrections within the confirmed scope.
Free scope check
A narrow first look
It checks for an obvious indexing restriction or broken commercial page, reviews how the homepage and main service pages are targeted, and establishes whether the website fits this product’s boundary. It is not a crawl, an action plan or a diagnosis.
SEO audit with implementation
Investigation, action and checking
It gathers first-party evidence, investigates the agreed areas, prioritises findings, implements approved in-scope corrections and validates the live output afterwards.
On timing: some audits are advertised in 48 hours. The time needed depends on the scope and the work involved. This service takes two to three weeks from the point access is available, allowing time for investigation, agreed in-scope changes and checks of the live output.
One product with a clear boundary
What the £695 covers
| Detail | Included scope |
|---|---|
| Website | One WordPress website for a service business |
| Size | Up to 25 indexable pages and five distinct templates |
| Investigation | Technical condition, content and targeting on important pages, internal links, local signals where relevant, Search Console evidence and conversion routes |
| Deliverable | A prioritised issue register showing what was found, the evidence, pages affected, recommended action and responsibility |
| Implementation | Agreed priority corrections that can be completed safely in WordPress within the confirmed scope |
| Validation | Recrawl or retest of affected pages and inspection of the live output |
| Delivery | Two to three weeks from the point access is available |
| Price | £695 one-off |
The investigation follows the problem rather than running every available test. Depending on the site, that may mean indexing directives, canonicals, redirects, titles and headings, internal links, overlapping service pages, structured data, sitemap settings, key templates, Search Console patterns and obvious conversion-tracking gaps.
For deeper detail on crawling, indexing and technical signals, see technical SEO. For Maps, location pages and Google Business Profile, see Local SEO Nottingham.
Existing branch and franchise networks can use Multi-Location SEO when the audit must also decide which location pages and profiles should exist.
Boundaries stated before purchase
What it does not cover
- Ecommerce catalogues or sites above the page and template limits
- Custom platforms requiring substantial development
- Multilingual or international SEO
- A backlink audit, disavow campaign or digital PR
- A content strategy or several new pages
- A website migration or redesign
- Paid search, social or email marketing
- Recovery guarantees after an algorithmic decline or manual action
- Specialist server, security or legal work
- Unlimited revisions or open-ended ongoing support
If the free scope check shows your site falls outside this boundary, I will explain why and quote a separate project. You will not buy the £695 audit and discover afterwards that the central problem could not be investigated within it.
Suitability before commitment
Who this is for
A service business with a relatively small WordPress site where the cause of a search or enquiry problem is unclear.
- Visibility or enquiries have declined and the cause is unclear
- Important service pages are not appearing as expected
- Several pages may compete for the same search
- A redesign, plugin change or accumulated edits created uncertainty
- A previous audit never became website changes
- You want an independent order of priorities before spending more
When another service is the better fit
Who it is not for
If you already know the single fault and need one contained correction, a defined technical fix from £350 may be the better buy. If the website exceeds the scope boundary, or you need a migration, redesign, link campaign or ongoing content programme, this is the wrong product.
If a smaller fix is enough, I will say so. If the problem needs a larger investigation, I will not describe it as a £695 audit.
Evidence before activity
How the SEO audit with implementation works
A usable output, not a tool dump
What you receive
A prioritised issue register rather than an unfiltered export. Each material finding identifies what was found, the supporting evidence, the pages or templates affected, the likely consequence, the recommended correction, its priority, who implements it and how the completed change should be checked.
You also receive a record of the changes completed within scope and the validation notes. Where a recommendation needs your developer or host, the evidence is presented in a form they can act on.
Fixed price, controlled scope
Are there hidden costs?
No per-page overage inside the agreed 25-page boundary. No separate tool-licensing fee. No extra charge for post-fix validation.
Work outside the written scope is not added silently. If the investigation reveals substantial custom development, new page creation, specialist hosting work or a larger strategy requirement, I will explain the dependency before anything further is commissioned.
A correction can be checked
What an audit can and cannot guarantee
The implementation can be verified. Search outcomes cannot.
I can confirm that an agreed redirect works, a noindex directive was removed, the intended canonical appears in the live source, or internal links now reach an important page. I cannot guarantee that Google will crawl or index every eligible URL, restore traffic by a particular date or award a particular ranking.
Search performance also depends on relevance, competition, content, authority, demand and changes outside the website.

Frequently asked questions
Why £695 when some audits cost several thousand?
Is implementation really included?
Do you implement every recommendation?
Do you audit sites built with Elementor or Divi?
What access do you need?
Will it improve our rankings?
Free initial review or full SEO audit?
The free review provides an initial look at the problem and possible next steps. The paid audit examines the agreed scope in greater depth, records prioritised findings and includes agreed eligible corrections.
Audit with implementation or a defined technical fix?
A defined fix may suit a known, contained fault. An audit suits an eligible small WordPress website where several issues or the underlying cause need investigation. Scope and exclusions are confirmed before paid work starts.
How to decide whether an audit is right for you
Identify your main concern, the pages affected and what access is available. Review the published scope and sample SEO report, then request a scope check before committing.
Confirm the fit before paying
Start with a free scope check
Tell me what changed, which pages matter and what the website needs to achieve. I will say whether the SEO audit with implementation fits, whether a smaller correction is enough, or whether the problem needs a separately scoped service.
